Glenn and Connie Bays have been married almost 6 years. They have four children - John, Adrienne, Jamie, and Megan, one grandchild - Austin, and one dog - S'dHorme. Glenn works at Critchfield Meats and Connie works at Insight. Glenn enjoys spending time with his wife and playing golf. They have been actively serving the Lord for the past seven years at TLC.
